JOM BERBUKA WITH EXCELSIOR

 

IPOH: Hotel Excelsior Ipoh is offering a “Jom Berbuka” Ramadhan buffet until May 10, here.

The hotel is located at No. 43, Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil, 30300, Ipoh.

There will be 60 items menus rotating for seven days daily.

The buffet will start off with appetizers, main course, grilled items and dessert.

 

AYAM PERCIK

 

For appetizer, there will be Ulam-Ulaman, Jeruk Jeruk, Bubur Lambuk, Rojak and Crackers.

The main course consists of Malay authentic, Chinese Cuisine, Western Delights and Nusantera Indonesia. 

 

RENDANG TOK

 

Signature dishes are – Rendang Tok, Chicken Rice (Chinese Style), Ikan Keli Salai Masak Lemak, Grilled Chicken Breast, Ayam Percik Kelantan, Spaghetti Bolognese, Broccoli Egg Sauce and Siew Pak Choy.

Desserts include kuih, cakes, jelly, pudding and fresh fruits.

 

IKAN KELI SALAI MASAK LEMAK

 

Daily average 80 persons (Dulang Coffee House) and 150 – 250 persons (Ballroom).

 

SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE

 

Buffet is priced at RM58 nett (adult), RM45 nett (senior citizen) and RM35 nett (children).
