IFTAR SINAR @ KINTA RIVER FRONT

 

IPOH: The Kinta River Front Hotel is promoting it’s “Iftar Sinar” Ramadhan buffet showcasing Malay authentic cuisine, here.

The hotel is located at Jalan Lim Bo Seng, 30000, Ipoh.

 

GRILLED LAMB

 

The buffet line will display 60 items daily with seven menus rotating daily.

There will be appetizers, main course and desserts.

 

 RENDANG AYAM

 

The appetizers comprised of Ulam-Ulaman, Jeruk Jeruk, Salad, Aneka Kerabu, Ikan Masin, Kurma and Bubur Lambuk.

 

FISH CURRY HEAD

 

There is a list of mouth-watering main dishes namely Rendang Ayam, Daging Masak Kicap, Fish Curry Head, Dried Chili Mutton, Sweet & Sour Prawns, Labu Kuning Masak Lemak and Nasi Jagong.

 

DRIED CHILI MUTTONG

 

As for desserts, there is a spread of Malay kuih, cakes, bun, prawn crackers, ice cream and fresh fruits.

Its signature dishes are – Grilled Lamb and Daging Danok which is popularly requested by diners, here.

 

SWEET & SOUR PRAWNS

 

Interestingly, there are action stalls serving curry mee, pasta, sweet bubur, otak otak and ice kacang.

Diners are eligible for a lucky draw whereby they may get to win the grand prize worth RM3,000 (mystery prize) followed with second and third prizes.
