IPOH: For the first time, Ipoh City Council (MBI) will be celebrating its 33rd Ipoh City Day which falls on May 27, together with standing in solidarity for the Palestine during the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) period, here.
The council will be lighting up three locationS namely Town Hall, MBI Headquarter and Ipoh Clock Tower Square with spotlight lightings from May 21 until 31.
The time for the lighting up starts from 8pm until 12 midnight daily.
Datuk Bandar Datuk Rumaizi Baharin @ Md Daud said the lighting up of Ipoh City would be a historic event whereby we celebrate Ipoh City Day during the EMCO period, in a new norm with the spirit to fight Covid-19 as well as battling against all sort of cruelty act of Zionis in Palestine.
