The Tasek Temengor houseboat activity will reopen on October 8 (today) after stop operation since Covid-19 pandemic since March 2020.
The houseboat activities must adhere to standard operating procedures including:
· Houseboat operator is required to register with District Office and Tapah Hulu Perak and Fishery Departments.
· Operator must prepare MySejahtera QR Code services and registration book for the tourists.
· Staying overnight 3D2N in the houseboat is allowed at the Royal Belum Resort vicinity.
· Maximum passenger should be not more than 50% capacity of the original passenger houseboat.
· The age of the passenger should be 18 -60 years old.
Tourists must follow SOP while in Royal Belum
Resort and follow rulings provided for by Perak Resort Corporation including:
· Activity is confined to fishing during daytime only.
· Tourist should be a Perakian (born in Perak state).
· Need to produce digital certificate (Covid-19 vaccination) together with permit form.
· Not allow to visit the Orang Asli Settlement.
