Datuk Bandar Datuk Rumaizi Baharin @ Md Daud delivered donations to orphans and the management of Nurul Huda Orphanage Home, Chemor.
Meanwhile, MBI council secretary Ahmad Munir Ishak gave away donations to old folks and management of Pertubuhan Kebajikan Rumah Orang-Orang Tua (Islam) Titian Abadi, Taman Kinta Perdana.
Rumaizi said that the annual charitable event aimed to assist the underprivileged community during festive seasons.
“We must remember this group of people as we celebrate Hari Raya and bring cheer to them as we visited them in their respective homes,” he said.
