IPOH: In conjunction with the Ramadhan Month, International Convention Centre (IICC), Sycal Berhad and Bond Suites will be distributing 3,000 face masks to frontliners from Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), Ipoh City Council (MBI) and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO) in Ipoh due to the increasing of COVID-19 cases in Perak, especially in Kinta District.
Datuk Bandar Datuk Rumaizi Baharin @ Md Daud said the donors would like to support the frontliners, especially the staff from PDRM, MBI and NGOs who are performing their duty during COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.
“The frontliners had sacrificed a lot to ensure that the pandemic could be controlled.
“It is important to continue to support the frontliners from time to time, to ensure that they can carry out their duties smoothly and safely,” he said.
