TOWER REGENCY’S PERAKIAN CUISINE

 

IPOH: The Tower Regency Hotel is now offering a Ramadhan special “Selera Kampung” held at its Cafe@6 until May 12.

The hotel is located at A6-8, Jalan Dato’ Seri Ahmad Said, Greentown, 30450, Ipoh.

The buffet line will showcase starters, soup, main dishes and desserts.

 

ULAM-ULAMAN

 

The starters are Ulam-Ulaman, Jeruk-Jeruk, Keropok and Fruit Rojak.

 

APPETIZER

 

As for the main course, there is a spread of spicy mouth-watering dishes like Ayam Masak Merah, Sotong Sambal Petai, Daging Kicap, Udang Masak Lemak Cili Api, Pajeri Terung, Telur Kari Vanggey, Soup Ekor Lembu dengan Daging and Kerang Rebus Cili Kicap.

 

PERAKIAN DISHES

 

Signature dishes are the popular traditional Perakian cuisine namely Brinjal, Tempoyak, Rendang Tok, Mushroom Sisir, Ayam Masak Rose, Prawn Lemak and Acar Buah.

To add on the atmosphere of Ramadhan, there are a number of action stalls offering roasted mutton, prawn fritters, laksa and curry mee.

 

DESSERTS

 

The hotel is also promoting its Ramadhan Room of different rates – Standard Deluxe King Twin RM120 nett inclusive of breakfast sahur and Deluxe King Twin for RM165 nett (one person) and RM220 nett (two persons) which are inclusive of breakfast sahur and iftar dinner.
