THE HAVEN’S RAMADAN GOURMET SPECIAL

 

IPOH: The Haven Resort is having a Ramadan Gourmet Special themed “Nostalgia Kampung Style” for this coming Buka Puasa held on April 16 until May 8, here.

 

APPETISERS

 

It will start from 7pm to 10pm nightly at The Haven Cuisines Speciality Restaurant.

The resort is located at Jalan Haven, 31150, Ipoh.

 

DESSERTS

 

The buffet line will showcase at least 50 dishes comprises of 25 types of main dishes and 30 types of appetisers and desserts.

All food are healthily produced with no artificial additives or MSG.

The sumptuous buffet range is designed by Executive Chef Mohammad Shamsul Azham and his team will include appetisers, main dishes, live action stalls, desserts and beverages.

 

A PERAKIAN DISH "PECAL"

 

As for the main dishes, there will be spread of favourite ramadan dishes namely Gulai Ikan Masin, Udang Sambal Petai, Sotong Tumis Celery, Ayam Masak Merah, Daging Panggang Air Assam, Kambing Peratal, Nangka Muda Masak Lemak, Nasi Hujan Panas, Nasi Mandy, Bubur Lambuk and Bubur Pulut Hitam.

 

ITIK SALAI MASAK LEMAK CILI PADI

 

Other dishes are – Ayam Masak Kurma, Kari Daging dengan Kentang, Ikan Masak Asam Pedas, Tauhu Goreng Sambal, Pecal (Perakian Starter Dish) and Rojak among others.

 

IKAN MASAK ASSAM PEDAS

 

There are five live action stalls such as Arab, Barbacue, Soup, Noodle and Frying items (Ikan Bakar, Ayam Percik and Daging Panggang) will also be served with sambal sauces.

 

KARI  DAGING DENGAN KENTANG

 

Signature dishes are Itik Salai Masak Lemak Cili Padi and Sup Gearbox (Bone Marrow Soup) specially prepared for diners, here.

 

GEARBOX SOUP

 

Apart from dining at the restaurant, diners can have a lovely view of the lakeside in wide open spaces and natural distancing.

The Cuisines is surrounded by a primary lush green forest, with a 280-million-year-old limestone hills sitting over a natural lake.

 

STIR FRIED SQUID

 

The dinner is priced at RM95+ (RM104.50 nett) for adults and RM75+ (RM82.50 nett) for kids/senior citizens. Prices are inclusive of 10% charges and 0% service tax. Children below six-year-old will eat for free, limited to two kids with minimum two paying adults.

 

TAUHU GORENG SAMBAL

 

Early bird promotion (bookings made 48 hours prior) will be entitled to 20% off the price.The dinner prices for early birds are - RM75+ (RM82.50 nett) for adults and RM60+ (RM66 nett) for kids/senior citizen .

Visitors who book a stay at the resort for the same month will get a complimentary Sahur breakfast and Ramadan dinner.
