Ipoh Parade’s Advertising & Promotions assistant manager Lim Huey Tyng said the one-liner greeting from the mall that reads ‘A Prosperous New Year’ is put on the screen during festive celebration to motivate everyone to continue to be hopeful as they enter the Year of the Ox.
“This year’s CNY celebration may be different from the past year, but let us continue to stay positive and united amid these difficult times to accomplish our mission of banishing the Covid-19 virus.
“We want to urge shoppers to continue to comply with the government’s SOPs when they visit the mall.
“Only when we as a community work together to play our part, so will we be able to keep the Covid-19 numbers low,” she said.
