It's
popular dish is the charcoal salted chicken, salted belly and salted
drum stick which comes in three flavors namely – original herbs,
black pepper and Buntong ginger.
The
speciality lies in the usage of original herbs in powder form to
marinate the chicken weighing between 800gm to 900gm.
