IPOH: Some 30 owners of luxury sports car participated in the “Explore Malaysia on Wheels” programme which took them to Taiping-Ipoh-Penang.
The event was organized by OE School of Entrepreneurs and GOTRAZ, and co-organized by OE Edutech and ZMG Motors.
Guest-of-honour was State Tourism Committee chairman Datuk
Nolee Ashilin Mohammed Radzi.
Nolee said that the event was a restart of domestic tourism in collaboration with “Cuti-Cuti Malaysia” efforts to encourage Malaysians to have confidence to travel again.
Event organizer Ada Poon said that the event was a 3D2N tour to Taiping, Ipoh and Penang.
“The tour start off with Taiping Heritage Tour followed with river cruise in Sepetang.
“By evening, the participants have their fine dining at Atapas Restaurant Ipoh and a joy ride on Hop On Hop Off, to view Ipoh by night.
“The programme aims to promote domestic tourism, explore Perak on Wheels, discover Perak cuisine and encourage high yield tourism,” she said.
