ABANDONED LAND



IPOH: The Ipoh City Council (MBI) is giving stern warning to land owners who have neglected or abandoned their land, in the City.

Land owners are required to immediately clean up their abandoned land before compound notices will be sent to them as the last resort.

The abandoned land had created a ground for Aedes mosquito to breed.

It is estimated some 40,000 lot of land in Ipoh City which are neglected purposely by private land owners, here.

On another matter, the council is calling on the people to be responsible when throwing out rubbish for collection.

Do throw the rubbish in a proper rubbish din or plastic bag to ease the task of the worker when collecting rubbish, daily.

In the meantime, MBI had cleared up rubbish found in illegal dump sites around Polo Ground, Taman Indah Rokam, Taman Malar, Taman Ipoh, Silibin, Buntong, Taman Mas, Taman Cahaya, Taman Ria and Simpang Pulai.
