SUNWAY THEME PARKS REOPENS

 

SUNWAY CITY: Media practitioners were invited to a sumptuous “Xmas Brunch Appreciation” organized by the Sunway Lagoon, here.

Media members were provided a 2D1N stay at the Sunway Pyramid Hotel, and a visit of the Sunway Lagoon.

The event also saw the reopening of the Sunway Lagoon and Lost World of Tambun theme park, on December 19.

Sunway Lagoon executive director Calvin Ho said the theme parks were closed for more than two months due to its pre-emptive measures and compliance with the Government’s anti-pandemic measures.

“The management has introduced a heightened standard operating procedures well above the standards implemented by the Ministry of Health in its 132 acres theme parks combined.

“In conjunction with its parks’ opening, both brands will launch Season’s Screaming in Sunway Lagoon and the swashbuckling Pirate’s Adventure in Lost World of Tambun offering immersive outdoor experiences while providing significantly enhanced safety and health measures.
