Star Mansion is now having a Christmas food promotion from December 21 until 27.

 

DELICIOUS XMAS DELIGHTS FOOD @ STAR MANSION

 

It is located at No. 161, Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil, Greentown, 30450, Ipoh.

Guests can choose either a 5-Course Menu or a 7-Course Menu.

The 7-Course Menu, will start off with amuse brouche Grilled Half Shell Scallop followed with appetizer Smoked Duck Bruschetta, Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup, Poached Hotate Salad and Pan Seared Oysters & Shrimps Pasta.

For the main course there will be three choices to pick namely Surf & Turf, Braised Australia’s Lamb Shank or A Seafood Trio.

The Surf & Turf is a marinated Australia’s beef tenderloin, scampi and pan seared foie gras, sauteed (broccoli, cauliflower, mash potatoes, carrot, corn, shitakei mushroom), grilled to perfection with Italian style dressing.

 

PAN SEARED OYSTERS & SHRIMPS PASTA

 

Alternatively, the Braised Australia’s Lamb Shank, sauteed (broccoli, cauliflower, mash potatoes, carrot, shitakei mushroom), braised Morocco style lamb enriched fragrant with heady spices and exotic.

Next, A Seafood Trio is pan seared salmon fillet with spicy lemongrass dressing, plus olive garlic utter herbs shrimp scampi, pan seared foie gras serve with sesame dressing, sauteed (broccoli, cauliflower, mash potatoes, carrot, shitakei mushroom).

 

SURF & TURF

 

Dessert served is the Christmas Individual English Trifles – combines savoiardi with strawberry cream and mint chocolate chips flavour, top with freshly whipped cream and mixed gelatin.

 

CHEESE PLATTER

 

The other selection is it’s 5-Course Menu which showcase appetizer Seared Boiled Hotate, Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup and Snowy Shrimps Coleslaw salad.

For this set, there is four choice for its main course mainly Grilled Australia’s Beef Sirloin Steak, Grilled Australia’s Lamb Loin Chop, Pan Seared Salmon Trout or Roasted Chicken Whole Leg.

Desserts include Christmas Individual English Trifles.
