IPOH: The Ipoh City Council (MBI) is issuing Temporary Hawker Permit to Ipoh folks interested in running food business from November 16 on wards.
The hawker will be allocated to operate their stall in the council’s designated area, in the city.
They have to adhere to cleanliness, keep all utensils after trading and do not create nuisance to the road users.
MBI’s officers will check on the hawker from time to time to make sure they have follow the standard operating procedure (SOP).
Those interested is required to apply for a monthly permit and paid a fee of RM10 coupled with a maximum of six times permit renewal.
Application forms are obtainable from the Hawker Unit, 5th floor, Health Department, MBI.
