MBI EXCELLENT AWARD

 

IPOH: Some 165 employees of Ipoh City Council (MBI) received their “Excellent Service Award 2019”, held at Stadium Indera Mulia, here.

 

 

The recipients comprised of 107 male employee and 58 female employees. Each recipient would receive an incentive of RM1,000 in the form of Bank Simpanan Nasional Premium Savings Certificate, certificate of appreciation and a watch.

 

 

The criteria of selecting the awardees are based on marks achieved in their Performance Evaluation Report whereby one must get at least above 85%, for the past three years 2017 (20%), 2018 (35%) and 2019 (45%).

 

 

Datuk Bandar Datuk Rumaizi Baharin @ Md Daud said the award aimed to recognize our employees from various department who had shown excellent work performance over the past three years, working with MBI.

 

 

“The council has always focus on the importance of character building via increasing general knowledge, improved work skill, integrity and good human values.

“By giving out the yearly award will encourage our employees to work hard, and the achievement by the awardees will also serve as an example for junior workers,” he said.
