IMPIANA HOTEL IPOH'S RAMADHAN DELIGHTS

IMPIANA'S CITARASA BAZAAR RAMADAN

IPOH: Impiana Hotel Ipoh (IHI) will be featuring a special Ramadhan Buffet spread cum authentic Malay cuisine served 'ala bazaar', here.

The Ramadhan buffet will start from May 6 until June 5, served daily from 6.30pm till 10 pm, held at its coffee house.

The hotel is proud to announced that Executive Sous Chef Izhar Khusairie and Malay Cuisine Azman Azelah, the Gold Medalist winners at the 1st Malaysia Chefs & Cooks Congress 2019, will be showcasing their repertoire of the fine Malay traditional dishes and desserts, cooked according to time-honoured recipes.

The buffet line will feature a variety of signature dishes including Kambing Kabuli and Nasi Kabuli Berempah, Oxtail Bubur Lambuk, Warisan Rendang Tok Man, Sup Tulang Merah Terangkat, Ayam Golek Tebu Bakar, Sup Ekor Tongkat Ali Berempah, Kari Kepala Ikan Salmon and Beraneka Gulai Mak Senah.

Apart from signature dishes, there are the usual 'must have' starter dishes namely Jeruk, Ulam ulaman, Murtabak, Ayam Percik, Ketupat, Lemang and Serunding.

For the main dishes, there is a variety of dishes – Patin Masak Lemak, Sotong Sumbat, Roti John, Satay Ayam, Nasi Ayam Berempah and Sambal Petai Udang among others.

One of the guests' favourite are the 'live action stalls' serving Goreng Mak Minah, Bakar Daun Pisang, Grilled Lamb, Grilled Seafood, and Prawn Fritters (Cucur Udang).

Guests will also be entertained with a Live Ghazal music performance during dinner, and lucky draws.

IHI general manager Gerard Sta Maria said that every year the hotel tried to come up with a special theme for our Ramadhan Buffet, and we are also glad to cooperate with Kelab Media Perak to do corporate social responsibility (CSR), on this Holy Month of Ramadhan.

The hotel will contribute RM1 from every Ramadhan Buffet to the Club for the Tabung Kebajikan Anak Yatim & Asnaf Perak”, he said.

Perak Media Club president Rosli Mansor said that the Club is now actively involved in social activity community-based, to help the poor family in the State.

For reservation, there are private group booking available for 100 persons and more, which required advance reservation.

CITARASA BAZAAR RAMADHAN BUFFET

The Citarasa Bazaar Ramadhan Buffet is priced at RM72 (adults) and RM55 (senior citizen/children aged 5-12).

Another promotion meant for Hari Raya - is the “Hi-Tea Riang Ria Raya”, priced at RM58 (adults) and RM45 (senior citizens/children aged 5-12), comes with biscuit Raya, lucky draws and 'Buy 1 Free 1 Homemade Dodol and Acar Buah', held from 12 noon until 3.30 pm, on June 7 & 8.

The hotel is also offering “Set Hari Raya Istimewa”, priced at RM48 (a set for two persons) available from 12 noon to 3.30 pm, on June 5.


A VARIETY OF MALAY DELICACIES

Meanwhile, hotel guests can also take advantage of the rooms promotion whereby a 2D1N stay in a Deluxe Room followed with breakfast or sahur for two persons, Ramadhan Buffet for two persons, free parking and free Wi-Fi, 'all in one' only priced at RM248 nett. The validity period is May 6 until June 5.
