LONGEST
DECORATION CAKE BY SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENT IN MALAYSIA
IPOH:
For the first time, some 76 special students participated in creating
“The Longest Decoration Cake By Special Needs Student in
Malaysia”, organised by the Perak State Education Department
(Special Education Unit).

event was held at Tower Regency Hotel, here.

The
students aged 16 and 19, hailed from all states in the country joint hands to create the longest decoration cake measuring 50-metre
long, meant for the Malaysia Book of Records.

Perak
State Education Department (Special Education Unit) assistant officer
for special education Nizam Pakhuruddin said the objective of getting
the special students to participate in the longest decoration cake
event was to build confidence in them.
“The
students who have studied “Cooking & Pastry” in class, are
encouraged to apply what they had learn in order to create the
longest decoration cake,” he said adding that the costs of the
whole activity is RM3,000.
