Going for a gourmet trail around my hometown is a rare
occasion for me.

| FIRST STOP OF GOURMET TRAIL IS TAMBUN |
With the company of my friends Ruth and Anthony, we started a
two-hour food trail from Bercham – Tambun – Tanjung Rambutan.

Our first stop over is a new food eatery called Pusat Makanan
Nur & Iskandar located at Tambun Main Road which offers Rojak Pasembor, Rojak Buah, Popiah, Laksa, Satay,
ABC (ice kacang), Cendol and Coconut water.

As it is a hot afternoon, we opted
for cendol pulut, cendol jagong, coconut drink and rojak pasembor.

Next, we by passed Bukit Layang Layang to view the religious
places such as Indian temple, mosque and church, a trail along the way to
Tanjong Rambutan.

The last stop – is the popular Tanjung Rambutan Old Train
Station. Here, we posed for a photograph
with the historical Stesen Keretapi sign board.

We then ordered the Malay Fried
Mee, Pasembur, Satay and fruit juices served by stalls located, here.
