SANDY DEVON

Devon also known as Devonshire, is a county of England, stretching from Bristol Channel (north) to the English Channel (south). It is part of South West England, bounced by Cornwall to the west, Somerset to the north east, and Dorset to the east.

PLAYING WITH THE SAND

The city of Exeter is the county town. The county includes the districts of East Devon, Mid Devon, North Devon, South Hams, Teignbridge, Torridge and West Devon.

Plymouth and Torbay are part of Devon, but are administered as unitary authorities.
 

MESMERISED WITH A LADY STATUE

So far, I have been to Exeter, Plymouth, Exmouth and Sidmouth - located in Devon (refer to earlier stories I had posted in my blog).

Devon is a favorite place for my brother Andy and his family whereby they used to visit Cornwall, Devon on summer holidays. Seaside is a must activity in Devon where children loves to play with the sandy beaches, catching up with the sun tan and the sea.
