IPOH:
Tower Regency Hotel will be promoting its evergreen buffet line
themed “Selera Perak Ramadhan” from May 17 until June 14, here.
Guests
here, will get to savour 50 dishes comprising of starter,
main courses, desserts and coffee.
To
start off, there is a salad corner which showcases a range of ulam
ulam – kerabu kacang botol, kerabu tauge, kerabu daun selum, kerabu
pepega and kerabu perut.
It
is followed with mouth-watering main course dishes like rendang tok,
kari daging cincang, gulai lemak ikan, udang sambal petai, ikan
tempoyak, ayam masak merah, asam pedas ikan pari bandi which goes
well with tomato or briyani rice.

Not
to be missed is the yearly presence of action stalls which served
BBQ fish, chicken and lamb.

To
end a pleasant buffet, do not leave home without trying out a wide
variety of kuih muih namely cucur badak, limas, pulut
panggang and seri muka, as well as desserts like bubur pulut hitam
and pangat pisang.

Hotel's
manager Mariana Hamid says that for guests who signed up for its
early bird package, which commence from now until May 25, will get
to pay only RM48 nett (adult) and RM29 nett (children/senior
citizen).
“Meanwhile,
the prices from May 25 onwards will be RM50 nett (adult) nett and
RM38 nett (children/senior citizen) from Sunday until Thursday.
“Those
who wish to come on weekends (Saturday/Sunday), the price are RM55
nett (adult) and RM40 nett (children/senior citizen).
The
