MU HOTEL #KITAJAMU PROJECT

 

IPOH: MU Hotel Ipoh staff had recently performed a two-day corporate social responsibility project #KitaJagaMU, gave away food to 50 families, here.

The recipients were those living in Kampung Manjoi, Buntong, Sg Pari and Merdeka Gardens.

 

 

The purpose of the food delivery was to help the people in dire straits in this current lockdown situation in Ipoh.

Contributions are to Malay, Indian and Chinese families who were affected by the pandemic.

 

 

The food basket include rice, cooking oil, instant noodles, cream cracker, sardine and fresh vegetables among other items.

 

 

In collaboration with the CSR project, the donors who contributed were Dennis Han, Hiroshi Tatara and Michelle, Sofia Wan Jan Li and Dr Wan Yu Li and Sean Low.

 

 

 

 

 

 

HERITAGE MALAYSIA TASTE @ MU HOTEL

 

IPOH: The Ramadan Month is just round the corner!

MU Hotel Ipoh will be having its “Citarasa Warisan Malaysia” buffet ramadan 2021, from April 16 until May 10, here.

 

CITARASA WARISAN MALAYSIA BUFFET RAMADAN @ MU HOTEL IPOH

 

The hotel is located at No. 18, Jalan Chung On Siew, 30250 Ipoh.

Its buffet line showcases 50 dishes ranging from appetizers, soup, main dishes, live stalls and desserts.

 

APPETIZERS

 

The appetizer dishes will display Fresh Garden Salads with Dressing, 2-Type Kerabu Traditional Melayu, Jeruk-Jeruk Melayu, Ikan Kering Sepat, Telur Masin, Ulam-Ulaman, Penang Fruit Rojak, Aneka Keropok (Ikan/Udang), Sambal belacan, Cencaluk and Budu.

 

FRESH MUSHROOM WITH SHRIMP

 

For main course, there is spread of mouthwatering dishes namely Ayam Masak Briyani Berkuah, Fried Fish with Black Pepper, Buttered Prawn and Fresh Mushroom with Shrimp.

 

KUBANG MASAK LEMAK CILI PADI

 

As for desserts, there are the 7-Type Assorted Melayu Kuih & Nyonya Kuih, Bubur Kacang Merah, Assorted Cakes, Fruit Tarlet, Mixed Pudding, Fresh Fruits and Buah Kurma.

 

AYAM MASAK BRIYANI BERKUAH

 

The ‘must try’ signature dishes are – Kubang Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Grilled Lamb, Satay Lamb/Mutton, Bubur Lambuk, Cucur Udang and Nasi Briyani.

There are four action stalls serving fried fritters, fried noodle, bubur lambuk and grilled whole lamb.

 

BUTTERED PRAWN

 

Diners can also join in a weekly “Tik Tok MU Campaign” in search of “MU Star” whereby they can only do so at the hotel’s coffee house.

Every week, the hotel will select 10 stars who will be entitled to RM20 vouchers redeemable at its food/beverages area.

 

SATAY

 

The participants are encouraged to post a mini heart posture (Apl 16-19), video shoot on favourite dishes (Apl 20-26), create a tagline for MU (Apl 27- May 3) and free flow creation in promoting MU Hotel (May 4-10).

TIK TOK CAMPAIGN

 

For those who wish to organize a private function can do so – limited to 80 persons. There is also a surau available for Muslim.
