HOMEMADE FESTIVE CAKES & COOKIES


IPOH: The festive seasons are back again!!

Craving for homemade cakes or cookies be it Christmas, New Year or Chinese New Year.


GIFT BOX - CHOCOLATE COOKIES


Head on to talented Alice's homemade treats – comprising of cakes, cookies, pie and pizza.


FRUIT CAKE


There is a variety of cakes comprising of fruit cake (RM100), chocolate cake topping chocolate ganache (RM40), chocolate cake (RM35), butter marble cake (RM25), butter cake topping icing (RM35), chilled cheese and blueberry cheese cake (RM99). 


PEANUT COOKIES


For cookies, it ranges from rolled pineapple jam tart, cashew nut, chocolate chips, cornflakes, peanut and London almond, which are packed in 50 pieces per bottle priced at RM35.

In addition, the home/handmade chocolate comes in a form of a box containing 25 pieces, appropriate as a gift item costs RM35 per box.



CHICKEN PIE


Highlight is the rich chicken pie and pizza which are priced at RM5 per portion and RM18 ++, respectively.

There is also the Holy Basil Water (Daun Selasih/Thulasi) for sale at RM2 per bottle. It is a drinking water with herbal infused good for digestive, antioxidant and general health.


LONDON ALMOND COOKIES


Last order are as follows Christmas order (Dec 10), New Year (Dec 20) and CNY (Jan 2).

There is a delivery charge from RM5 – RM10.

IMPIANA CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING CEREMONY

Some 100 underprivileged children attended a “Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony” organised by Impiana Hotel Ipoh.


The children aged from 3 to 20, hailed from Vision Home, Praise Grils Home, The Salvation Army Boys’ Home and Pertubuhan Pengurusan Pusat Jagaan 1 Malaysia Perak.


Guests staying at the Hotel and media members were also invited to the colourful Christmas fun filled event to make the evening a more happy occasion for the children.


The event started off with Santa Claus and Satarina making a grand entrance surrounded by the children. Both Santa were seen giving away presents to children while sharing joy with them.


Highlight of event was the lighting up of the hotel’s 12-feet tree followed with a group photograph.


Impiana Hotel Group director of marketing & communications Shirley Hoo said that the management hosted the xmas party to reach out to the society and the bring joy to the less fortunate.


“The management have committed to reaching out in a spirit of volunteerism through the charitable and non-government organisation, especially on festive occasions,” she said.


Later, the children were seen playing party games and they were treated to a sumptuous buffet feast prepared by the hotel’s culinary team.
