MBI COUNCILLOR 2021-2023

 

IPOH: Twenty-four councillor were sworn in via a ceremony, held at Ipoh City Council (MBI) Meeting Hall, here.

Twelve were from Barisan Nasional (BN), seven from Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM), five   from Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS), and one (Datuk Bandar).

 

UMNO

 

They were – Mahader Ahmad Mohammad Ayob, Mazlan Abd Rahman, Abu Bakar Hussian, Nor Afzainizam Salleh, S. Jaya Ganesh, Azmi Murad Mohamad Yusof, Mohammad Iskandar Abdul Rahman, Mohammad Sharif, Puteri Holijah Muhamad Rali, Dr. Richard Ng, A. Ganesan, Khoo Boon Chuan, Ho Wai Mun, M.S Jayagopi, Azizul Kama Abd Aziz, Kamarulzaman Abdullah, Mohamad Annuar Baharudin, Datuk Ahmad Hariri Kamarudin, Norul Huda Ahmad Nator, Datuk Mohd Nasri Shaari, Chan Soon Yip, Mohd Rafaad Razalli, Syed Mohd Noor Hisam Syed Hassan and G. Thilak Raj.

 

PPBM

 

All councillor will serve from May 1, 2021 until April 30, 2023.

Datuk Bandar Datuk Rumaizi Baharin @ Md Daud was present.

IPOH CITY COUNCILLOR SWEARING-IN


IPOH – JUNE 22: Eight members of the councillor were sworn in via a ceremony, held at Ipoh City Council (MBI) Meeting Hall, here.

The eight were the additional councillor prior to an earlier 17 members who were sworn in, on May 4.



PUTERI HOLIJAH MUHAMAD RALI (LEADER) GROUP 1


Four of the councillor were from Barisan Nasional (BN), three others from Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) and one from PAS.



CHAN SOON YIP



They were divided into Group 1 comprised of - Puteri Holijah Muhamad Rali (leader), A. Ganesan, Mohammad Iskandar Abdul Rahman and Norul Huda Ahmad Nalor. Group 2 – Dato' Haji Azizul Kama Abd Aziz (leader), Chan Soon Yip, S. Jaya Ganesh and Azmi Murad Mohamad Yusof.

All the 25 city councillor will serve from May 1, 2020 until April 30, 2021.
